Terms of Service

The terms of your Deeplathe subscription.

Plain-English first, then the specifics. Read both.

Effective July 23, 2026· Deeplathe is a brand of SIA Enliven (Latvia)

In plain English

  • It's a subscription service, not a one-time build. We design, host, run and maintain your website and/or AI receptionist for a monthly (or annual) fee.
  • See it work before you pay. You get a working preview first, and a 30-day money-back guarantee — see the refunds & cancellation policy.
  • It auto-renews, and you can cancel anytime. No lock-in, no cancellation fee. Cancel from your portal or by email; service runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Your content, domain and data are yours. You can take them with you. Because we operate the service for you, the underlying source code stays ours.
  • If payment fails, we don't just cut you off. There's a grace period, and if your AI receptionist is suspended, callers are routed to your own line — never dead air.
  • We don't promise specific results. We describe what the service does; we can't and don't guarantee revenue, rankings or lead volumes.

1. Who you're contracting with

Deeplathe is a brand of SIA Enliven, a company registered in Latvia (registration No. 40203447620, VAT LV40203447620). "Deeplathe", "we", "us" and "our" mean SIA Enliven. "You" means the business or person subscribing. These Terms, together with the Refunds & Cancellation policy and Privacy policy, form the agreement between us. By subscribing you accept them.

2. What we provide

Depending on your plan, we provide one or more ongoing services: a hosted website; an AI receptionist (voice and/or chat) that answers, books and takes messages; a contacts/CRM view; and related hosting, maintenance, monitoring, updates and support. What your plan includes is described at checkout and in your portal. This is a service we operate for you, not a deliverable we hand over.

3. Subscription, billing & auto-renewal

Your subscription is billed monthly (or annually if you choose) in advance, plus any one-time setup fee shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal.

Your plan automatically renews for successive periods (each month, or each year on an annual plan) at the then-current price until you cancel. We email a receipt for each charge. We'll give you at least 14 days' notice by email before any increase to your recurring price; if you don't want the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect. Usage beyond what your plan includes (e.g. call minutes over your bundle) is billed as metered overage at the rates shown at checkout.

4. The 30-day money-back guarantee

You see a working preview before you commit, and you have 30 days from your first payment to request a full refund if the service isn't right for you. Full details, and how subscription refunds work after that window, are in the Refunds & Cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no lock-in. Cancel from the billing section of your portal (which opens the Stripe customer portal) or by emailing michael@deeplathe.com. When you cancel, your subscription does not renew again; your service continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops. You can export your content and data, and take your domain, on the way out. Cancellation and refunds are covered together in the Refunds & Cancellation policy.

6. Late or failed payment & suspension

If a renewal payment fails, we don't cut you off immediately. The sequence is:

7. Your content, domain & data — and what stays ours

Your business content, your domain and your customer data are yours. You can export your data and move your domain at any time; we don't hold them hostage. Because Deeplathe is an operated service (we host, run and maintain it), the underlying source code, templates, systems and any AI configuration remain our intellectual property and are not transferred to you. Standard domain registration is included while you're subscribed, subject to the cap shown at checkout.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive: no illegal content, no fraud, no infringing others' rights, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no using the AI receptionist to mislead your customers. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us (hours, prices, services) and for having the rights to any content you provide. We may suspend service for serious or repeated breaches.

9. Our commitments & what we don't promise

We'll provide the service with reasonable skill and care and aim for high availability, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not promise specific business outcomes — revenue, lead volume, call numbers, or search-engine rankings. Where we mention what an alternative costs, those are illustrative comparisons, not promises about your results. AI systems can occasionally make mistakes; you're responsible for reviewing anything material (e.g. bookings) and we'll fix issues promptly when flagged.

10. Intellectual property & reviews

You grant us a limited licence to use your name, logo and content solely to provide the service (and, unless you opt out, to show your finished site as an example of our work). We may ask your customers for honest reviews after service; we never filter reviews by sentiment or gate them, consistent with applicable law.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost profits or missed opportunities). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll notify you by email before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change. The effective date above shows the current version.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Latvia, except where mandatory consumer or local law gives you other rights. This is a business-to-business service.
