What we do
A website you never have to maintain, and a phone line that answers when nobody can.
That is the whole catalogue. Two things, each a flat monthly fee with the running of it included. You can test half of it before you tell us your name: the number below is answered by the same software we would put on your line.
Ring it. It answers.
The two products
One gets you found. The other makes sure someone picks up.
From $349 a month
A website you do not maintain
The page people land on when they search your name or your trade. We build it, then we run it. You never log in, never patch anything, and when your prices or your hours change you send a message and we change them.
- Hosting and SSL certificate
- Daily backups
- 24/7 uptime monitoring
- Security and platform updates
- Domain (standard registration)
- Business email (Google Workspace)
- Minor changes via the Changes portal
Standard domain registration is included (up to $30/year). Premium or aftermarket domains, the short high-demand ones, are priced separately and quoted before purchase.
From $499 a month
A phone line that answers when nobody can
An AI receptionist on your number, picking up at any hour. It takes the details, answers the questions you have given it answers to, books straightforward appointments, and sends the lead to you with a written summary. Nights, weekends, and the second caller while you are still on the first.
- Hosting and telephony
- 24/7 liveness monitoring, so we know before you do if it stops answering
- Knowledge base kept current as your prices and hours change
- Prompt and voice tuning
- Call transcripts and monthly reporting
It is coverage, not a replacement for a person. It answers the calls that go unanswered today, and hands you anything that needs a human with the details already taken.
The demonstration
Do not take our word for any of this. Ring the number and listen.
Ring it. It answers. Any hour, any day. It costs you a phone call and tells you more than the rest of this page.
What happens
- It picks up. Day, night, Sunday, holiday. There is no queue and no engaged tone.
- You get Sarah, answering for Deeplathe. Same software, same mechanism, different business.
- Ask what a website costs and she reads the same prices this page does. Ask for a call with Michael and she offers real times and books one.
- She takes a message for anything she cannot answer, and it reaches a person.
What to say
- “What does a website cost?”
- “What happens when I miss a call?”
- “Can you book me a call with someone?”
- Or describe a job the way one of your customers would, and see whether the details she takes are the ones you would have taken.
What it is not
- She is answering for us, not for you. On your line she runs on your services, your prices, your hours and the jobs you refuse, which is a build rather than a switch we flip.
- You will know it is software. There is a beat before she speaks, and she has no memory of you between calls. Better you hear that now than after you have signed something.
- She is a receptionist, not a closer. She answers, routes and takes messages. She will not try to sell you anything.
Would rather type than talk? The chat in the corner of this page runs the same persona and the same knowledge base as the phone line. Or write to michael@deeplathe.com, which is a person.
How it works
Three steps, and you see the finished thing before the first invoice.
01
Tell us about the business
A conversation, not a scope document. What you do, what you charge, which jobs you take, which ones you turn away, and what happens today when the phone goes unanswered. No deposit, no card, nothing signed.
02
We build it, then you inspect it
A private link to the real thing, deployed and working, rather than a picture of it. For the phone line that means you ring your own version and hear it answer as your business, with your prices and your rules. Nothing is charged until you have.
03
It goes live, and we keep running it
On your domain and your number. The monthly fee starts here and covers the hosting, the monitoring, the updates and the changes. If it stops being worth it you leave, and your domain, number and content go with you.
How long step two takes

Those windows are the ones attached to each plan on the pricing page, and they start once we have the answers we asked you for, not from the day you first got in touch. Anything with unusual integrations or compliance attached gets quoted on a call instead of guessed at here.
What it costs
Flat monthly. No setup fee, no deposit, no minimum term.
Per month
Website
Standard$349
Pro$649
Built, hosted, monitored and changed on request.
Phone line

Questions
The ones worth asking before you ring, answered straight.
Who am I actually dealing with?
Deeplathe is the trading name of SIA Enliven, a company registered in Rīga, Latvia. Michael builds and runs it, and he is who you speak to. The number on this page, +1 (646) 212-0980, is answered at any hour by the same software we would put on your line, and anything you leave on it reaches him.
Can I hear it working before I pay anything?
Twice, in fact. Ring +1 (646) 212-0980 now and you hear the software answering for us. Then, before any money changes hands, we build your version and you ring that one and hear it answer as your business. If it is not right, you walk away and owe nothing.
Do you have customers in my trade I can ring for a reference?
No. Nobody is running the phone line yet, which is why there is not a single testimonial, client logo or customer count anywhere on this site, and why the sample sites are labelled as samples. What you can check instead is the product itself: the number above is live right now, so ask it the hardest question you have and judge what comes back.
Does this replace my receptionist?
No, and we will not claim it does. What it covers is the calls nobody is taking today: nights, weekends, the lunch rush, and the second caller while you are still on the first. Judgement, and everything a person in your building does between calls, is not on the list.
Is there a setup fee or a deposit?
Neither. Every plan is a flat monthly fee, nothing is charged until you have seen the finished thing working, and there is no one-time build to compare it against, because we run what we sell rather than handing it over and walking off.
What happens to my existing website and phone number?
Your number stays yours. It forwards to us, and switching that off again takes a minute. The website is your call: we can answer the phone and leave your site alone, or rebuild it on our setup, in which case the old one comes down the day the new one goes live.
What happens on a call it cannot handle?
It works from a script written with you: your services, your prices, your hours, the areas you cover and the jobs you turn away. A call that falls outside that ends with the caller's details taken and passed to you, rather than with a guess. Either way you get a transcript and a written summary.
Am I tied in?
No contract and no minimum term. It is month to month, and your domain, your number, your content and your knowledge base leave with you.
What does it cost?
The website is $349 a month, the phone line $499 a month, and both together $749 a month. That is the whole price: hosting, monitoring, updates and changes sit inside it. Pay a year up front and you pay for nine months. The full breakdown, and prices in pounds and Australian dollars, are on the pricing page.
