Writing and documents
Job: drafts, rewrites, long policies, SOPs from notes.
- General chat assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar) for everyday mail and posts — start with customer emails and notes into checklists
- Longer careful documents — Claude for long-document writing
Images
Job: marketing visuals when you lack a photoshoot.

Always prefer real photos of your team and site when trust matters.
Voice and speech
Job: turn approved scripts into audio for training, explainers, or hold messages.
