For medical aesthetics clinics
We build and run your clinic website, keep your Google listing current, ask for a review after every visit, and answer the phone in the evening and mid treatment. Prices read from your own list, questions written down, the consultation booked.
A page for each treatment, with your prices where you want them shown, who carries it out and what they are qualified in, what happens at a consultation and what the days after look like. Quick on a phone, because that is where it is read. We build it, host it, and change it the week your list changes.
Our receptionist picks up while every room is busy, after you lock up, and at the weekend. It asks which treatment, whether they have been in before and whether they have had it done elsewhere, reads prices from your list and nowhere else, books the consultation and texts you the enquiry with a written summary. It gives no medical advice.
We connect to your Google Business Profile and fill it in: treatments, opening hours, late nights, holiday closures, photos of the clinic. After a visit the client gets a review request that never names the treatment or the reason for it, and we draft the replies for you to approve.
Nine in the evening, an hour after a post goes up, with the clinic closed
Hi, I saw your post about lip filler tonight. What does it cost, and would I be alright to be at work on Monday?
I can read you the prices from our list now. They change with how much filler you have, so there are two. What I cannot tell you is how you will be by Monday. That one is for the nurse at the consultation, and I will write it down so she leads with it.
That's fine. It would be my first time, so I'd want to ask everything before I commit to anything.
That is what the consultation is for. There is Thursday at six thirty, or Saturday morning at ten.
Thursday, please. It's Amira Haddad, and this number is the best one. Could you text rather than email? I'd rather it didn't sit in my work inbox.
Texts only, to this number. Thursday at six thirty with the nurse, under Amira, and your question about Monday reaches her before you come in.
One monthly fee covers all of it. Nothing here is billed separately and there is nothing for you to run.

No. It answers practical questions: what you offer, what it costs from your list, how long an appointment runs, who carries it out, where to park. Anything clinical, including whether a treatment suits someone, is written down word for word and passed to your practitioner. It does not describe results and it does not comment on anyone's face.
It reads from the price list you give us and nothing else. Where the price depends on the consultation it says so plainly instead of guessing at a number, and where a treatment is not on the list it takes the question and passes it to you. It never offers a discount you have not set.
Review requests never name the treatment or the reason for the visit, only that the person came in. Notes and recordings stay with your clinic. The caller is asked how they want to be reached, text, email, or a call at a time that suits them, and that preference goes on the booking so nobody rings the wrong number at the wrong moment.
Every call is answered at once. There is no queue and no engaged tone, and the sixth caller gets the same conversation as the first. Each one reaches you as a message with the treatment they asked about, what they wanted to know and whether it is booked, so the morning starts with a list instead of a voicemail box.
