Get found on Maps, and get the phone answered mid appointment

We build and run your site, keep your Google listing current, ask every client for a review, and answer the phone when both your hands are busy.

Where the work goes missing

What we run for you

01

A site that shows the work

Service list with real prices, your stylists, your photos, and a booking link that works on a phone. We build it, host it, and change it whenever your price list or your team changes.

02

The phone answered mid blow dry

Our receptionist picks up while you are working. It asks which service, which stylist and when, offers the open slots, and books it or takes a message. Calls after closing are answered too.

03

Maps listing and reviews

We connect to your Google Business Profile and fill it in: hours, services, holiday closures, fresh photos. After each appointment a review request goes out, and we reply to the reviews that come in.

A call we would take for you

Example, not a real call

New client calling about roots and a cut while every chair is busy

Caller

Hi, do you have anything this week for my roots and a trim?

Receptionist

I think so. Roots and a cut takes about two hours. Have you been in before, or would this be your first visit?

Caller

First time. A friend said to ask for Nadia.

Receptionist

Nadia has Wednesday at ten, or Thursday at two. Which works better?

Caller

Wednesday at ten, please. It's Priya, and the best number is the one I'm calling from.

Receptionist

Booked, Priya. Wednesday at ten with Nadia, roots and a cut. A text confirmation is on its way, and you'll get a reminder the day before.

Included, flat

One monthly fee covers all of it. Nothing here is billed separately and there is nothing for you to run.

Websites from $79/mo. An AI receptionist from $199/mo. Both together from $349/mo. See the plans.

Questions we get

Does it work with the booking system we already use?

Usually, yes. We connect to common salon booking calendars so the receptionist sees real openings and puts the appointment straight in. If yours will not connect, the call comes through as a message with the service, the stylist and the times requested, and your front desk confirms it.

Can it tell a walk in from a full color appointment?

Yes. We load your service list and how long each one takes, so a skin fade and a full balayage are never offered the same slot. It also knows which stylist does what, and who is off that day.

What happens to calls when we are closed?

They get answered. Someone ringing at nine at night hears your hours and your prices, and can have an appointment held for the next open day, instead of leaving a voicemail nobody plays back until Saturday.

How do the review requests work?

After an appointment the client gets a short message with a direct link to your Google listing. Nothing is written for them, and nothing is offered in exchange. When a review lands, we draft and post a reply so your listing does not sit silent.
