What we build
Look at the thing before you read about it.
Five things, and you can hear one of them working before you tell us your name. The number below is answered by the same software we would put on your line.
+1 (646) 212-0980Ring it. It answers. That is one of the five, running on our own line.
What we build
Five things, one per screen, in the order most people need them.
Two have a published monthly on the pricing page; three are quoted, because the number depends on the job.
AI receptionist
A voice that answers your phone at every hour you cannot.
It picks up on the calls you are currently missing — nights, weekends, the lunch rush, and the second caller while you are still talking to the first. It knows your services, your hours and your prices because we load them, takes the details, books the job, and texts you what was said.
40 / 168
A nine-to-five, five days a week, covers forty of the week's one hundred and sixty-eight hours. The dark cells are the rest of it.

Websites
A site we build, host and keep running, with no developer to call.
Built for the phone first, because that is where a local customer finds you. We host it, back it up, patch it, watch it, and make your text changes — you send a message, we do it. Web-app work that needs a login, a dashboard or a database folds into the top tier rather than being a separate product.

Native apps
An app on the App Store and Google Play, with your name on it.
For when a website is not the shape of the thing — a booking app your regulars keep on their home screen, a job app your crews use in the van, an internal tool that has to work without signal. Scoped and quoted per build.
The left column is your browser, read live. It says what the interface exposes, not what a device can do. Row three is the one a native build wins outright.

AI in how you already work
Claude and the rest, set up properly inside your existing workflow.
Most businesses that have tried AI have a browser tab someone opens occasionally and gets a mediocre answer from. This is the other thing: we look at the work you repeat every week, then set the tools up against it — the skills, the prompts, the protocols, the context they need to be right rather than plausible. The tool stops being a novelty and starts being the thing that does the task.
2h 12m
of your week goes into that one repeat.
11 × 12 min · the example, until you move it
What those minutes are worth in your business depends on your rates and your week. You get that number on the call, in writing, before anything is built.

Agentic automations
A system that does the work, rather than reminding you to.
An agent that runs a process end to end — picks the work up, does it, hands it on, and tells someone when it cannot. What that is depends entirely on what your week actually looks like and where things get dropped between people, so it starts from your process rather than from a template. Scoped on the call, quoted before anything is built.
Mark every link where somebody has to remember.

Nine trades
Pick a business. See the moment it goes wrong.
The moment
Saturday evening, water coming through a kitchen ceiling
What that costs a trades business
- 01You are under a sink or up a ladder when it rings. By the time you call back, they've called the next three names on the list.
- 02Quotes wait until after dinner, and some of them wait until the weekend. By Monday the job has gone to whoever answered first.
- 03Your Google listing has an old number, no photos of finished work, and hours from two winters ago.
What happens instead
The example, written out
The same moment, once it is answered. The rest of the call, and the other things that get missed, are on the trades page.
- CallerHi, there's water coming through my kitchen ceiling. Can anyone get out here tonight?
- It answersYes. Let me take the details. Can I get the address, and the best number to call you back at?
- Caller14 Bridge Street, and the number is 212 555 0142. It started twenty minutes ago, right under the bathroom.
What we would run for it
01
A site that works on a phone
02
The phone answered while you work
All nine
Every trade we have already written the language for.
Each one is a full page: the calls that get missed in that work, an example of the agent handling one, and what it costs. Nothing about the products is specific to these nine.
Questions
11 answeredThe ones worth asking before you ring, answered straight.
If yours is not here, ring the number. It is answered by the same software this page is about.
Who am I actually dealing with?
Deeplathe is the trading name of Enliven Sports LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. Michael builds and runs it, and he is who you speak to. The number on this page, +1 (646) 212-0980, is answered at any hour by the same software we would put on your line, and anything you leave on it reaches him.
Can I hear it working before I pay anything?
Twice, in fact. Ring +1 (646) 212-0980 now and you hear the software answering for us. Then, before any money changes hands, we build your version and you ring that one and hear it answer as your business. If it is not right, you walk away and owe nothing.
How do I check you are any good before I commit?
Check the product, not a testimonial. The number above is answered right now by the same software that would answer your line, so ring it, ask it the hardest question you have, and judge what comes back. Then we build your version and you ring that one and hear it answer as your business, before any money changes hands.
Does this replace my receptionist?
No. What it covers is the calls nobody is taking today: nights, weekends, the lunch rush, and the second caller while you are still on the first. Judgement, and everything a person in your building does between calls, is not on the list.
Is there a setup fee or a deposit?
Neither. Every plan is a flat monthly fee, nothing is charged until you have seen the finished thing working, and there is no one-time build to compare it against, because we run what we sell rather than handing it over and walking off.
What happens to my existing website and phone number?
Your number stays yours. It forwards to us, and switching that off again takes a minute. The website is your call: we can answer the phone and leave your site alone, or rebuild it on our setup, in which case the old one comes down the day the new one goes live.
What happens on a call it cannot handle?
It works from a script written with you: your services, your prices, your hours, the areas you cover and the jobs you turn away. A call that falls outside that ends with the caller's details taken and passed to you, rather than with a guess. Either way you get a transcript and a written summary.
Am I tied in?
No contract and no minimum term. It is month to month, and your domain, your content and your customer data leave with you — export them whenever you like. Two things stay ours: the agent configuration we build and run, because we operate it rather than hand it over, and a number we assigned you, which can be released when the account closes. A number you brought with you stays yours.
What does it cost?
Two of the five are a flat monthly with everything inside it — hosting, monitoring, updates and your changes — and no setup fee. The other three are quoted per build, because the number depends on the job. Every figure, in dollars, pounds and Australian dollars, is on the pricing page: this page keeps no second copy of it.
Will I know I am talking to software?
Yes, and quickly. Ring +1 (646) 212-0980 and you hear exactly what your callers will hear, before you decide anything. Judge it on that rather than on our word for it.
Will it try to sell things to my customers?
No. She is a receptionist, not a closer: she answers, routes, takes the details and books what is straightforward. She does not upsell, she does not push, and she does not improvise an offer you have not agreed to.
