For veterinary clinics
We build and run your website, look after your Google Business Profile, ask owners for reviews, and answer the calls that come in while you are in with a patient.
Opening hours, where to park, what happens out of hours, which animals you see, and how to register a new pet. Plain wording, quick on a phone, and kept current by us when your hours or your team change.
An AI receptionist picks up around the clock. It takes the owner's name and number, the pet's name and species, what is going on, and books the slot. It gives no clinical advice, and urgent calls are passed straight to whoever is on call.
We connect to your Google Business Profile and fill it in: hours, out of hours cover, services, photos, holiday changes. After a visit the owner gets a review request, and we draft the replies for you to approve.
Evening call about a dog that ate something, clinic closed
Hi, my dog just got into a bunch of chocolate on the counter. Is that bad? Should I bring him in?
I can't advise on treatment, but I'll get this to the on-call vet now. Can I take your name and number, and your dog's name, breed and rough weight?
Ellie Marsh, 646 212 0980. He's Bruno, a springer spaniel, about thirty pounds.
Thank you. Roughly how much did he eat, and how long ago?
Maybe half a big bar, about ten minutes ago.
Noted. The on-call vet is being paged now with your number and those details. Keep your phone handy and they'll call you right back.
One monthly fee covers all of it. Nothing here is billed separately and there is nothing for you to run.
Websites from $79/mo. An AI receptionist from $199/mo. Both together from $349/mo. See the plans.
No. It is set to take details and book, and to say plainly that it cannot advise on treatment. Anything that matches your urgent list goes to whoever is on call, with the owner's number and what they told us. Clinical calls stay with your vets.
It works to rules you set. You tell us which situations and words count as urgent for your clinic, and those calls get flagged and passed on rather than dropped into a normal slot. Everything else goes in the diary as usual.
It books against the rules you give us: consult lengths, which vet sees what, which sessions are nurse only, and the gaps you hold back for emergencies. Where your system allows a connection we set it up, otherwise bookings come through as a message for your desk.
No. We can take over hosting and upkeep of what you have, or rebuild it. Either way it sits inside the one monthly fee with hosting, backups, monitoring and small changes included, so a change of opening hours is a message to us, not a project.
