For restaurants, cafes and bars

We build and run your site, keep your Google listing, menu and opening hours current, and answer the phone during service when every pair of hands is busy.

Where the work goes missing

What we run for you

01

A site people read one-handed

Menu, opening hours, address, a map and a number that dials with one tap. We build it, host it and keep it current. Christmas hours, a new set lunch, a week closed in January: you tell us, we change it.

02

The phone answered mid service

Our receptionist picks up when the room is full, and after you have locked the door. It takes the name, the number, the date, the party size and any allergy note, then sends it to you as a text.

03

Your Google listing kept current

We connect to your Google Business Profile and fill it in: opening hours, holiday hours, menu, photos, the lot. Then we ask every customer for a review and reply to the ones that come in, good and bad.

A call we would take for you

Example, not a real call

A reservation call on a Friday evening while the dining room is full

Caller

Hi, do you have a table for four tonight, around eight?

Receptionist

Let me check. Eight is busy, so it might be closer to eight fifteen. Can I get a name and a cell number?

Caller

Dan Course, 646 212 0980. One of us is celiac, is that alright?

Receptionist

That's fine. I'll put gluten free on the reservation so the kitchen sees it before you sit down.

Caller

Perfect, thanks.

Receptionist

Four people, eight fifteen, under Dan. The text confirmation is on its way and the kitchen has your note.

Included, flat

One monthly fee covers all of it. Nothing here is billed separately and there is nothing for you to run.

Websites from $79/mo. An AI receptionist from $199/mo. Both together from $349/mo. See the plans.

Questions we get

Can it actually take a booking, or only take messages?

It takes the booking: name, number, date, time, party size and any allergy or access note, then texts it straight through to you. For a big party, a private hire or a date you would rather look at yourself, it takes the details and flags it instead of holding the table.

What happens with holidays and Christmas?

You tell us the hours once and we set them on the site and on your Google listing, including the odd days. If you decide on the Tuesday to close the Wednesday, send us a message and we change it. Callers hear the right hours too.

Our menu changes constantly. Is that billed separately?

No. Menu changes, price changes, a new set lunch, a special week: send it over and we put it up. It sits inside the one monthly fee along with hosting, backups, monitoring and maintenance. Nothing is invoiced on the side.

Will callers know they are not speaking to a person?

It answers in your name and says it is the booking line. It does not pretend to be staff if someone asks. It sticks to bookings, hours, where you are and taking a message. Anything it cannot answer goes to you as a text so you can ring back.
