For physiotherapy and manual therapy clinics

Your hands are on a patient. The phone still gets answered.

We build and run your website, keep your Google listing current, and answer the phone while your hands are on a patient. Calls get picked up and appointments go into your diary.

Where the work goes missing

What we run for you

01

A site built around what you treat

A page for each thing you treat: backs, knees, shoulders, sports injuries, feet. Your practitioners, your fees, your hours, where to park. We build it, host it, keep it live, and make the small changes when you email us.

02

The phone answered mid treatment

Our receptionist picks up while your hands are busy, evenings and weekends too. It takes the name, the number, what the appointment is for and whether they are new, offers a free time from your diary and books it. You get a text with the details.

03

Your Google listing kept current

We connect to your Google Business Profile and fill it in: treatments, hours, clinic photos, directions, holiday closures. After an appointment the patient gets a review request, and we draft the replies for you to approve.

A call we would take for you

Example, not a real call

New patient calls at seven thirty in the evening with a bad lower back

Caller

Hi, I threw my back out lifting a crate on Saturday. Can anyone see me this week?

Receptionist

Sorry to hear it. Can I take your name, and is this the best number to reach you at?

Caller

Tom Ridley, and yes, this one's fine. It's the lower back on the right, worse when I stand up.

Receptionist

Thanks, I'll pass that to the therapist. I can't advise on it myself, they'll evaluate you when you come in. First appointments run forty minutes. There's Wednesday at 8:20, or Thursday at five.

Caller

Wednesday, please.

Receptionist

Booked, Tom. Wednesday at 8:20. I'll text you the confirmation and the clinic address.

Included, flat

One monthly fee covers all of it. Nothing here is billed separately and there is nothing for you to run.

Websites from $79/mo. An AI receptionist from $199/mo. Both together from $349/mo. See the plans.

Questions we get

Can it book straight into our diary?

Yes. It works from your clinic diary, so it only offers times that are actually free, and the appointment is written in while the caller is still on the phone. If your system cannot be connected, it takes the details and sends them to reception to enter, and tells the caller a confirmation is coming.

Will it give advice about someone's injury?

No. It is set up to take details and book, nothing else. If a caller describes symptoms it notes them down for the practitioner and says the assessment is for the physio. If anything sounds like an emergency it tells the caller to seek urgent care and flags the call to you.

What happens with cancellations and gaps?

A cancellation taken on the phone is released in your diary straight away, and you hear about it then rather than at the end of the day. The caller is asked whether they want another time booked there and then, so a course of treatment does not just stop halfway.

Is what patients say kept private?

It takes only what a booking needs: name, number, what the appointment is for, and whether they have been in before. Those notes go to you and nowhere else. It does not read other patients' details out and it does not discuss one caller with another.
