- Cancel anytime. No fee, no lock-in. Your service runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
- Your stuff stays yours. Take your content, your data and your domain with you.
1. The 30-day money-back guarantee
Because you approve a working preview before going live, you should never pay for something you haven't seen. On top of that: if within 30 days of your first payment you decide the service isn't right for you, tell us and we'll refund everything you've paid so far — including the setup fee. Just email michael@deeplathe.com within the window; no hoops.
2. Refunds after the first 30 days
After the guarantee window, your subscription works like any monthly service:
- Monthly plans: cancel anytime and you won't be billed again. Your service continues until the end of the month you've already paid for; we don't charge a partial month, and we don't pro-rate a refund for the current month.
- Annual plans: if you cancel partway through a prepaid year, we refund the unused whole months remaining, less the value of any setup fee that was waived as part of choosing annual.
- Metered overage (e.g. call minutes used over your bundle) is for service already delivered and isn't refundable.
3. Setup fees
A one-time setup fee (shown at checkout) covers building and launching your site or agent. It's fully refundable within the 30-day guarantee window. After that, because the build work is done, it isn't refundable — but you keep everything it produced for as long as you subscribe, and you can take your content and domain with you.
4. How to cancel
Two ways, both easy:
- From the Billing section of your client portal, which opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel in a couple of clicks; or
- Email michael@deeplathe.com and we'll take care of it.
There's no cancellation fee and no phone-call-to-retain gauntlet. When you cancel, your plan simply stops renewing. Before your service ends you can export your content and customer data and point your domain wherever you like.
5. If a payment fails
A failed renewal doesn't cut you off instantly — there's a grace period, and if an AI receptionist is ever suspended for non-payment, incoming calls are routed to your own line rather than left as dead air. The full timeline is in section 6 of the Terms of Service.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. If you paid in GBP or AUD, you're refunded in the same currency you paid.
