For accounting and bookkeeping

The phone gets answered while you are deep in a tax return.

We build and run your website, keep your Google Business Profile current, ask clients for reviews, and put an AI receptionist on the phone that answers every call, day or night.

Where the work goes missing

What we run for you

01

A website that says who you take on

Sole proprietors, limited companies, landlords, whoever you actually work with. Services, fees if you want them shown, and an inquiry form that lands in your inbox. We build it, host it, keep it patched, and change it when your services change.

02

The phone answered, no tax advice given

It picks up every call, takes the name, the number, the business type and what the inquiry is about, then books a call with you or texts you the message. If a caller asks a tax question, it says you will answer that yourself and writes it down.

03

Your Google listing kept current

We connect to your Google Business Profile and fill it in: services, hours, whether you are taking on new clients this season, photos of the office. Then we ask every client for a review after their return is filed, and reply to the ones that come in.

A call we would take for you

Example, not a real call

A new inquiry in the middle of tax season

Caller

Hi, I need my tax return done, and I'm a year behind on top of that. Sole proprietor, small construction business.

Receptionist

I can get that in front of someone. Can I take your name and the best number, and are your records in software or on paper?

Caller

It's Dave Ellery, cell is 646 212 0980. Records are in a shoebox, honestly. Am I going to get a penalty for the late year?

Receptionist

That's for the accountant to answer, I won't guess at it. I've written the question down so they can lead with it.

Caller

Fair enough.

Receptionist

They have Thursday morning or Friday afternoon open for a first call. I'll put you down for Thursday and text you to confirm.

Included, flat

One monthly fee covers all of it. Nothing here is billed separately and there is nothing for you to run.

Websites from $79/mo. An AI receptionist from $199/mo. Both together from $349/mo. See the plans.

Questions we get

Will it try to answer tax questions?

No. It is set up to take the question down and pass it to you, not to answer it. If a caller presses, it says the accountant will cover that on the call. Nothing about deadlines, thresholds or allowances comes out of its mouth.

What happens in January when the phone does not stop?

It answers every call at once, so nobody sits in a queue or hits voicemail. Each one reaches you as a message with the name, number, business type and what they were ringing about, so you can work through them between returns.

Can it tell an existing client from a new inquiry?

It asks at the start. Existing clients get their question written down and sent to you, or to whoever looks after them. New inquiries get the fuller set of questions: business type, what they need done, whether anything is overdue, and a first call booked in.

What is in the monthly fee?

The website build, hosting, maintenance, monitoring and backups. The Google Business Profile work. Review requests and replies. The phone receptionist if you take it. Small changes to the site are part of it, not billed on top.
