Project close-out is where many firms lose discipline. Matter oversees the final delivery of every project with the same rigor we bring to day one. We manage punch list completion, coordinate final contractor payments, handle Department of Buildings and FDNY filing coordination, and conduct on-site staff training sessions for newly installed building systems. The project is not done until the certificate of occupancy is in hand and the building is running.
