Alex Weis founded Matter Real Estate to bring institutional-quality project management to organizations that cannot afford — or do not need — a full-time real estate department. With over two decades of experience across residential, commercial, and institutional development, Alex has overseen more than 50 projects totaling over 2.5 million square feet throughout the New York metropolitan area. He is known for his hands-on leadership, financial acumen, and ability to navigate the complex regulatory landscape of New York City construction.
